I loved this hotel. Despite the fact that it is economy class, you wouldn't guess that. The only downside is that you have to really try hard to find it. Clean cosy rooms, clean bathroom, great kitchen, plenty of space to park your car. Great place to stay. Talking about personal, fantastic owner-administrator, he will help you to find places to visit, where to eat, what to do and so on. Great person, 100% recomended.
The biggest downside of this place is the city. Millions of tourists, no place to park your car, comical prices, old city with no passion, no nightlife, (Im not a racist, but) plenty of African people (at night to) who tries to sell you stuff which you don’t need, if you won’t buy, you will have a conflict. But if you really want to see this famous city PISA, then this place is ideal to stay.

balcony access, spacious bathroom, kitchen facilities
Thin walls lead to disturbances from neighboring rooms!!! Inadequate temperature control makes rooms uncomfortably warm and disrupts sleep!!! Addressing these issues could enhance guest experience significantly!!!

The host was so charming and showed us around and gave maps and information without being asked. The location was perfect for walking to the tower. The place was a town house and there was full use of kitchen, laundry etc .all fully equiped. It would have been nice to stay longer.
Only street parking available.

The room was clean and spacious. We really appreciated the thoughtful touch of offering wine and pastries upon arrival. The kitchen was well-equipped, great to prepare some meals . The manager was very helpful, providing excellent restaurant recommendations. The noise from the stairwell during the night was a slight inconvenience, as it disrupted our sleep. The Wi-Fi signal was inconsistent, challenging to stay connected. Despite these issues, the overall experience was enjoyable, with a great value for the price. I would definitely recommend this place but suggest bringing earplugs for a better night's sleep.

This is not a full hotel, but a place that rent rooms. It's clean and well located in Pisa.
No air conditioning, no breakfast, reception staff is not always in the hotel, it´s very difficult do park in the street because it´s full of cars.

We liked the ease of coming to and from the hotel, with little things like the numerical locks for the door very easy to use. The location is very good, and the room was spacious.
Noise was a bit of a problem, although hotel staff seem to be aware of the issue.

The location of this accommodation is excellent, just a short walk to the city center and major attractions. The air conditioning was a welcome relief, especially during the hot days, and finding local shops nearby was very convenient. The strict check-in policy created significant stress. A little more flexibility in this area would greatly enhance the experience.

The apartment was spacious and had a lovely balcony. We enjoyed complimentary wine, coffee, and tea. Location was perfect for visiting the nearby leaning tower and exploring local restaurants. Francesco, the owner, was super helpful with tips.
Only downside was the noise levels. The walls were thin and we could hear chairs scraping from the neighboring room.
